Actually it turns out the way patreon works is like this: whatever pledges are made for that month, they are only charged the following month. So since I made a post in August it turned out that no one was charged until September (which was the general confusion for us as well, it was only when I contacted patreon did they properly explain t)

As for taking the money and running, that’s absolutely foolish. We plan to do this for a long while, and doing a one months pay and jetting it is beyond silly.
